Taking a trip overseas as a person with disability is always challenging but add in a global pandemic and things get a bit tricky.

Getting a wheelchair safely on the plane, that people talk to, and listen to you, instead of whoever is accompanying you, having printed vaccine records are recommended along with a good support system travelling with you if possible.

If you plan to visit sites like the Grand Canyon be sure to get a disability pass. And in big shopping centres renting an electric scooter gives you more freedom.
